ATMOS 32 is an ultra-compact version of the ATMOS range, specifically designed for the extraction of oil mist generated by CNC micro-machining centers.

Developed to meet the demands of high-precision industrial environments, it integrates easily into the most compact machines while ensuring continuous and efficient mist capture.

It features the multi-cyclonic separation technology of the range, delivering high performance in a minimal footprint.

Optimized Energy Efficiency

Nominal airflow of 250 m³/h with power consumption limited to just 200 W, thanks to a brushless motor and high-performance turbine. Controlled noise level of 66 dB(A).

Significantly higher energy efficiency than traditional cartridge-based systems.

High-Performance Cyclonic Separation

SIEBEC’s multi-cyclonic separation technology, with a new design under European patent application, removes over 99% of oil mist at the point of entry.

Droplets are propelled at high speed against the walls, then collected by gravity for direct return of the lubricant to the machine.

High-Efficiency Final Filtration

The HEPA 13 final stage ensures clean exhaust air, meeting air quality standards (< 50 particles of 0.1 µm/L). The cyclonic pre-separation extends filter life and reduces maintenance costs.

Visual Monitoring and Easy Maintenance

An integrated light strip displays operating status using a clear color code.

The operator is instantly alerted in case of clogging or malfunction, ensuring effective monitoring and simplified maintenance.
